Global Postural Reeducation.Abstract
It has been carried out a study of human morphology to check the possible variations of muscular chains after doing two autopostures based on Philippe Souchard's method, Global Postural Reeducation. Introduction: Philippe Souchard presents their autopostures like an alternative to the stretching. The objective is to get the best global flexibility condition without compensations with another muscles.
Objectives: To study the variations in the posture after the realization of two autopostures of Global Postural Reeducation treatment during five weeks.
Material and methods: It has been analyzed a sample of 16 people , five of them are a control team.
t has been used centimeter measuring to value the changes about size , breadth and spine flexibility.
Results: The results are satisfactory to evaluate the spine's range of movement. There has been va¬
iations in size and breadth thought in a minor percentage. People who have done the treatment have better results than control team.
Conclusions: It has been proved the effects of the autopostures, because the range of movements in spine have increased. With only five weeks, the size and the breadth haven't had important varia¬
ions.
