Abstract

The Prader Willi Syndrome (PWS) is defined by hypotonia, hypogonadism and hypogenitalism lined to obesity and associated alterations of the behavior. The purpose of our study is to offer a global knowledge about the syndrome to know and elaborate an adapted protocol in relation to our intervention in these patients. On the other hand, it is desire to collect studies in relation to the physiotherapist intervention in the PWS. The results found in relation to physical therapies are related to the application of moderate-intensity exercise programmes in the domiciliary ambit, no other physical strategies were found in the references in order to improve or maintain the physical capacity of these patients. We should highlight the growth hormone and its relationship with the motor changes in these patients, especially in the life first stages.
