Abstract

Title: Hydrocinesitherapy in the osteoarthrosis of the inferior members.
  The osteoarthrosis is a progressive disorder not inflamatory, it's the most frequent articulate. The term that better describes this illnes is articulate declined disease since it indicates correctly the fun¬
amental pathological change that it is produced.
  Pain and restriction in the movement are the principal clinic demonstrations. The articulations that are affected with more frequency are the hip and the knee.
  The general treatment of this pathology consists of articulate rest, to medication, physical therapy and orthopedic surgery and of substitution.
  The best physical therapy procedures that we have found to use in the reeducation functional of the osteoarthrosis of the inferior members, is the hydrocinesitherapy. This procedure is particularly indicated in the pathological articulate which shoul be mobilized without pain and pressure nuisan¬
es and of rubbing are avoided too.
