This work intends to establish some right bases to develop the treatment physical therapy after the surgical reconstructions of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee in sportsmen. For this, we will submit to study two of the techniques that more in paddles are currently; the technical bone-tendon-bone, that uses as plasty the patellar tendon, and described it by the doctor Pedro Guillen, designated T2M, that uses as graft the tendons of the goose foot. The obtained results we carry to conclude that we should let to a side the protocols standard and to center us in the indivi¬
