Keywords:
Physiotherapy management, ankle sprain, sports lesions.Abstract
A Physiotherapeutic protocol has been developed and turned into effect in order to treat second grade ankle sprains in 100 individuals. Our protocol is based in the power capacity and endurance control of the muscles surronding the ankle and achives a good and fast recovery (less than 30 days) of the affected. This recovery is dependent on the age and the previous physical fitness of the subjects.
