This work of investigation is realized at the Physical Therapy Unity of the University Hospital «Virgen del Rocfo» of Seville, we try to know, the sexual experience after a physicist traumatism, to distinguish the modification that happening the sexuality and inquire the strategies to adapt to these exchanges.
For this we have chosen a study of cases, as technique investigation. Choosing four patients (two men and two women) from which we have had the results, that have been grouped for a better compression and analysis at different thematic ways. After this analysis we have had the next conclusions: 1) To speak of sexuality is to avoids well by patients as by professionals. 2) We need to train these professionals at the approaching of sexuality. 3) To make this work and others as instruments able to refine the interest of these subjects and to encourage the realization of more investigations
