Abstract

 To apply the treatment of Physiotherapy to a person with functional lessons in the hand, whatever was its pathology, the physiotherapist must take into account the progressive evolution of the hand during the whole life.

The hand doesn't only hare mobility and strength, it is also a sensitive organ. Its action is combined and harmonized with corporal gesture and the speech.

The more information the patient rears from the exterior (touch, voice, sight) during the treatment, the better will be for him or her.

The gesture of the physiotherapist herd, besides his voice and his super fusion will help the patient to respond to his petition in on easier and more naturel way, taking, into account the injured neuromuscular pattern.
