Proposed exercises Respiratory maintenance For the elderly

The purpose of the article was to look for respiratory training exercises for elderly people.
To find out the main needs of this group of population, six women were selected from a nur¬
ing home, which were between 84 and 94 years old. A physiotherapy program was made by using different and easy exercises, but trying to reach the maximum benefit of the possibilities that are determined by the senile involution. It is always necessary to avoid the fatigue and the re¬
ection.
