ANDALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT PROPOSAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS IN PHYSIOTHERAPY PRIMARY CARE IN ANDALUSIA

Abstract

Presently article is carried out a global analysis of the situation of the Physiotherapy of Primary Care in Andalusia as well as a proposal of functional and organizational improvement of this Service. For this end four parts settle down in the elaboration of the same one.

In a first time it is commented the theoretical mark of the Primary Care and the place of the Physiotherapy in this environment. In second place the necessities of Physiotherapy are analyzed in the first assistance level about the base of epidemic aspects, studies of costs and effectiveness of the different therapies on the most common problems in this environment. Next the reality is compared as for quantitative and qualitative aspects with regard to that expressed in the normative texts and of assistance ordination. Finally, they intend, in the authors' opinion, the opportune measures of improvement functional and organizational to generate an organization functional chord with the population's necessities and the approach to the reality of the Sanitary Systems of the political and geographical environment.

The followed methodology has been that of bibliographical revision using for it: the normative texts general that regulates you and specific aspects of the Primary Care in general and the Physiotherapy in special; manual revision of magazines and books of reports and communications of Days and Congresses related with the topic; search computerized in the database Medline has than enough specific aspects of the content it lives (for example incontinence urinary and surgery and cost).
