COGNITIVE THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE IN HEMIPLEGIA: BY THE WAY IN ONE CASE

The object of this work is to try to give the answers to the following question: It is possible to improve the functional patterns and activities of everyday life in a patient who has suffered a brain stroke, with the consequences of paralysis on the left side of the body and an evolution of 28 months?
Considering the treatment for the hemiplegic patient like a process of teaching-learning, for this we choose as the Method a treatment of Therapeutic exercise cognoscitive according to the Perfetti Method, we explain the basic concepts and the characteristic of this, continuing we describe the case, its evaluation and the physiotherapy treatment which we used based on said method.
