Abstract

 Cellulitis and orange skin are an aesthetic problem which actually worries a lot to people, especially women. There is not real solution for this, however we can find man medical and physiotherapeutic treatments which says that the elimination or reduction of it might he possible. For this reason, our propose in this article is to show one of the many applications that physiotherapy has done, which is to fight against this problem: depressuretherapy.
  Beginning with the hypothesis: depressuretherapy, like a physiotherapeutic treatment that is, acts on skin making its trophism and metabolism better and reducing cellulitis and orange skin significatively. With the general objective, on the one hand; to value depressuretherapy effectivity in the fight against them, and specific objectives on the other hand; watching fat reduction after treatment, determine if there are a real body volume reduction and a real health skin improvement, if important changes in venous and lymphatic systems really exits, and finally, determine if this treatment improves physical and psychic health levels at the end, we would try to evaluate the effectivity of this protocol of treatment in a group of fifteen women group carried out twice a week in a total of twenty sessions.
 At the end of our study, we can conclude that hypothesis and objectives formulated were confirmed significantly.
