Abstract


  Title: Relationship and importance of physiotherapic treatment and psychotherapic treatment in the cervical myelopathy.
  With the name of cervical myelopathy knows each other a numberless of pathological processes
f etiology diverse whose denominate common consists in the disease of the spinal cord to cervical level. In spite of the fact that the symptoms of pain and dysesthesia of senior or minor importance
s the considerate like but disableds symptoms, the pysich alteration has been observed of these pa¬
ient like determinant factor of the evolution of the regainer process 134 cases of patient affections of cervical myelopathy are studied of etiology diverse following a method descriptive semiquantitative, observing the psychic alteration tied to the process in the 96,9 % of them. They are evalued the different psychic and physic treatments received by the pa¬
ient and the diverse gotten outputs relying on the applied therapy.
  The cervical myelopathy requires psychic treatment in the that the physiotherapist constitutes a basic pillar of treatment.
  The manners for the health of the patient is the so much commencement of the physic like of the psychotherapy. The neglect of the attention to the physic disease of the affection of cervical myelopathy implica¬
es a obstacle of very considerable dimension in the functional recuperation of the patient.
