Abstract

In our daily care work, we find some patients with a chronical pathology unable to get better with the therapy they have, which means the presence of some associated problems like tiredness, listlessness, anxiety or even mental depression.
In our professional experience,- we have found that all of these problems are due to the follo¬
ing: the frequent medical visits, the excessive use of analgesic to reduce the pain without any re¬
ult, the disabled roll and the surgery proporsal. Frecuently, whitout taking care of the psychological factors of the pain. The objectives we propose are: to know the global situation of the patient; to inform the patient about his total assessment, helping him to understand his situation; to assess the real motivation of the situation; to improve the patient's quality of life.
The treatment must be multifactorial. It is very important the coordination and the orientation in order not to confuse the patient.
We propose a clear explanation to the patient about what is causing his psychological and orga¬
ic pathology, and also, to get from him a good motivation and implication in his psychological an organic treatment.
