Preventive treatment of tendonitis of the extensor radialis longus muscle Carpus in the sport of rowing

This article dives into the injury mechanisms of a miotendinous alteration frecuently occurring in the sport of rowing. A study on the tendinitis of the extensor carpi radialis longus muscle is carried out.
The suggested preventive treatment is based on myotendinous stretching techniques. Its most important indications are analyzed and a number of practical exercises proposed in order to help both coaches and athletes to obtain a better muscular condition which allows the improvement of their sporting performance.
