Exercise as a system of Prevention: Changes in pain and flexibility after rest

There is a first research with eight patients who had suffered an hysterectomy. They were develop-ped a controlled exercise protocol for eight months. When the protocol was finished, flexibility and pain data were collected.
In this article a second research is shown. The aim was to measure flexibility and pain data obtained after two months of resting and compare results to those obtained from the first research.
