The effects of exercise on Patients undergoing hysterectomy

Study about the trainig effects in ten women has been made. All the women suffered from hyste¬
ectomy last year.
Taking into account the hysterectomy effects, it was througt about the possible benefits of training,evaluating flexibility and intermitent or constant pain. It was evaluated a possible better of psychoso¬
ial condition and general health by the activity.
The study last eigth mounths, that is short time results. It wasn't evaluated the lasting of results when the activity stopped, and if it is necessary to continue the training to mantein the benefits.
