Abstract

 Due to the high frecuency that alterations in the vertebral column occur, we have revised the biblio¬
raphy concerning the evaluation of the "rachis" pointing out the articular valuation.
  Our aim is to find the basis for the articular valuation of the rachis which will inform us about its static and dynamic and will allow us to know the alterations that make its mobility so difficult. The evaluation of the patient before initiating the medical treatment is absolutely necessary.
