Abstract

 A study has been work out the use and the efficacy of creams in massage. This study is included in a physiotherapic provided services project in a ludic-sportive group of cyclists. A formation and a su¬ pervision has been carried out in a physiotherapic techniques protocol guided to the cyclist's effort re¬ covery and preparation. All physiotherapic techniques were taught for the cyclists in order to learn its and how to develop the whole variables of the day in an one's own registration. The cyclists were also trained to fill a review about the efficacy of the used techniques. In conclusion, the physiotherapy technique of Autom sage is useful in cycling. When this technique uses cold effect cream has more acceptation.
