An important aspect of the sport gestures in soccer is the interrelation between the diverse muscular groups, where the eccentric activity of the hamnstrings plays a very important role. The present work studies the influence of a program of isokinetic exercises in eccentric way, in terms of peak torque and power on the flexora musculature of knee, in the case of an operated soccer player of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL), that plays in the defensive position. The results show the improvement of the muscular yield, mainly in power terms.
