THE NEED FOR POSTURAL HYGIENE IN SECONDARY EDUCATION

This article analyses and presents the results of a statistical research carried out on young schoolboys from secondary education, from which we can notice the necessity of inform them about postural hygiene, back cares and ergonomics, besides teaching them the rules to follow in every moment of the day: when they are studying, carrying objects, or even resting, since after analyzing and studying the answers obtained, the fact that young students are having back pains more and more frequently is clearly shown and justified in the research study.
Therefore, physiotherapists as well as teachers, parents and schoolmates must be aware of this important field of activity.
