Abstract

In this essay, we have resumed the different points of view, about the origin of pubalgia. In the sports' world, it is related to the unbalance musculares, wich are going to change the morphology and functionality of the pelvis.
Some authors say that, there is a point of convergence, between the symptoms in pubis symphisis, and the degenerated changes, in other pelvic areas, like the joint sacroiliac. The chains method (G.D.S.), gives some biomechanical explanations, about the relationship between the upsets with origin in the joint sacroiliac, and the public repercussion. There are five upsets of pelvic biomechanical, ich can cause pubalgia. The fact of doing certain sports gestures, continually can result in some of these biomechanical upsets.
